Here is some information that will come handy to know before you sign up for our newsletters. Basically, if you like ScreenPort SDI, you will also like our newsletters because they are:
- Strictly related to ScreenPort: Special offers, product updates, new/complementary product releases
- Occasional: With average frequency of up to 15 emails per year

We (the data controller) are IN2CORE, s.r.o, developer of professional video tools, founded in 2008 and seated in Europe.
YOUR PRIVACY COMES FIRST
We make the best efforts to protect the safety of your data. We may share your data with our trusted data processors, such as the mail service provider Mailchimp. However we will never sell your data to a third party.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We usually collect your name, company name, field of work, contact information such as email address. We don’t collect or store sensitive Data. Our mail service provider can also collect additional information about you when you interact with the campaign, such as device information and product usage data and/or can also collect additional information about you from third party sources.
HOW WE COLLECT THE INFORMATION
You can sign up through an online form, which can be found on our product sites, social networks (incl. ads) or trade shows booths.
HOW LONG DO WE RETAIN THE INFORMATION
We process the information until you ask us to stop and for a short period after this (to allow us to implement your requests). We also keep a permanent record of the fact that you have asked us not to send you the newsletters or to process your information so that we can respect your request in the future.
CANCELLING SUBSCRIPTION
You can click the unsubscribe link in any ScreenPort newsletter or drop us an email and we will manually delete your email address from our database.
OTHER DATA RIGHTS
Apart of deleting your personal data, you can also contact us anytime about accessing or correcting your personal data and we will be happy to comply.
